I honestly can't think of a worst idea than a show about female prisoners.
The cool thing about prison is the violence and the power struggle. A women's prison has none of that. Instead it's a hen house of women cackling about ABSOLUTELY NOTHING 24/7 and braiding eachother's hair. The type of popularity contest you would expect in highschool. Even in 60 Days In the female parts are the worst one.
