Ok, I just about had enough, im an old ass comic book fan and I cant stay quiet anymore, the movies you are getting are SHIT compared to their comic book counterparts. Look I know I should be happy that this is the "era of the nerds" but the truth is that capeshit is superheroes made for normies, sure its great to see the heroes we love on the big screen but if you havent read those pages for yourself you dont know what you are missing out. Its cliche but its true, there is something about a comic book that cant quite be reproduced even with the best CGI but thats besides the point.
My point is that there is no "god" of capeshit, because frankly its all pretty shitty but the normies outweight the true fans so we get watered down baby shit, now I am not here to trash your favorite movies but im about to drop some hard truth about capeshit.
When Avengers came out I honestly didnt felt amazed, sure it was pretty fucking cool but still it wasnt the same, I was looking at the Avengers but not really. I will spare you the rant and advice you to read The Ultimates, you will shit your pants. Lets take a look at Thor, do you know just how strong this motherfucker is? No of course not because all you see is a surf model getting his ass beat by regular ass aliens. This man has been so nerfed its embarrasing to watch, remember that cool scene with him obliterating alien with a huge lightning? Yeah he can do that all the time in the comics.

This is just a tiny example, now onto the big one WATCHMEN. If you havent read it you arent ready, this is the comic book bible for a fucking reason, it is unfilmable for a fucking reason, it was written by Alan Moore, just read it now. Same with every fucking franchise, Civil War in the comics is HUGE, its hundreds of heroes vs hundreds, oh and the whole thing starts by 2 capes fighting and one of them blowing up and killing an entire elementary school, but you wont see that shit in the movies.
