I don't think that it would need that man. Nolan's trilogy worked fine enough on its own, plus I can see it now.
Set the early part of the movie with Batman (Ben Affleck) squaring off against Mr. Freeze. Make him even older than he is currently so it syncs up with the backstory of the show where Bruce has a heart condition.
Then cut to current year with Terry, and then bring in Mr. Freeze as the BBEG for the movie. It'd be fucking brilliant.

If they get Terry and Bruce cast well it could be good. As for villains, no one knows any of them aside from the old ones they brought back (Freeze, Bane, Joker). They could use Blight for his relation to Terry's origin and throw the Freeze bit in there too.
