Buzz is it's the best of the reboot films, the closest to Star Trek TOS anyway. Lots of colour, morality, adventure. It'll probably be a critical darling, just like the first two seemed to be.
Financially tracking to make $60 mill first weekend, depending on whether audiences take to it it could do on-par with Into Darkness. Real gamble is how well Ghostbusters does in competition, whether it'll be July's big blockbuster or other movies will supplant it.
