Because it started as an original sitcom with a great premise, then it turned into LMAO ALL THE NERDS GET A GIRLFRIEND XD which literally ruined the show. They kinda had the same dynamic has south park, Sheldon being the mastermind but anti social, bit like Cartman. Leonard being Stan, the leader of the pack, and the main character, Howard being Kyle the jew with a over the top jewish mother, and finally Raj being Kenny, the silent side character with his own episode once in a while.
But they ruined it, Sheldon should never ever gotten a girlfriend, Howard should not get married.
