Wasn't clear in the show but Kevan Lannister was vocally opposed to plenty of her bullshit and was one of the only things keeping the Lannister operation running passably after Tywin's death. In fact, in the books he was assassinated because he was doing too good of a job and was impeding Cersei's progress in running their house to the ground. Enemies of House Lannister wanted Kevan dead and Cersei in charge.

How was it not clear? In the fifth season most of the early KL arc was about Kevan defying what Cersei wanted and taking the Lannister forces with him back to Casterly Rock. Then while Cersei was imprisoned by the Sparrows, she was informed Kevan returned to take role as Tommen's Hand. The show made it clear since Tywin died that there was no love between Kevan and Cersei, and that they were not political allies in the least bit despite their family connection.

She basically thinks he works for the Tyrell, because he's in better terms with them than with her (because she's retarded) and he suggests competent men for different offices to fill who just happen to be Tyrell bannermen... While Cersei appoints Aurane Waters (some random guy she finds attractive) as Master of Ships, and he ends up stealing ships of the royal fleet for himself and GTFO'ing KL.
Also, she just couldn't warn him anyway... he wouldn't have let it happen, he would've tried to save everyone, especially the tyrell. She could've had the mountain/anyone lock him up until it's over I guess, but again she didn't care about him.
