In light of the attacks in Turkey today, I wonder how Warners is looking at their partnership with Turkish Airlines for Batman V Superman.

What other horribly timed product placement have there been in films? Or just ones that fell flat?

Meanwhile, maybe because of its comedy tone and somewhat snarky jokes about commercial culture in the future, the product placement in Back To The Future seemed to work.
