Faceless Men are just paid assassins. They only punished her to mold her. Arya showed though she has the drive and the skills to not be another mercenary, and could beat another devotee in their own ways. She's a better servant to death with her strong will. In the books there is also some strange magic involved, and becoming "no one" is an important step.
The show just disregards this, and many of the things involved with the faceless men/arya because we have to end it in 7 episodes.

It's a protected art, and I'm sure if you walked in an could take a face and not look like you just donned on some bolonga, you'd be a marked man. She has the right bloodlust to temper into a capable and fearsome assassin. She'll offer all the same as Arya.
