Don't bother, Ramsay just doesn't think that far ahead. It's why he was pounced so badly in the first place. Had he been less sadastic, and listened to his father and not killed him. He likely would have prevailed in defeating Jon Snow and taking Sansa back and doing who the fuck knows what to her before feeding her to his hounds. Motherfucker also should have killed Theon. No he had to keep him alive, he had to toy with him further. Or at least never made Sansa know he was alive. He had to have his fun though. Then he helped Sansa escape. Then so on and so on. and thought that the battle at hardhome was just a big gathering of wildlings...
afair there was also a shitload of freefolk draining "through" the wall every day.
but the biggest issue mentioned is still the lack of reaction of the opposing site to wun wun..
i mean in the last season everyone seeing a giant for the first time was literally shitting his pants but the bolton boys just ignored his size somewhat...
