I doubt he'll do it. The BBC will also want to de facto relaunch the show with Chibnall. As a result we'll see more cartoony scripts with less drama and more adventure. I'm not entirely convinced we'll get a really young Doctor though. It will be someone attractive - possibly an established actor - in their mid 30s, with an eccentric Smith/Troughton personality. They'll probably give him an outlandish costume as well, something like what McGann got.
Either that, or they'll cast an established actress as the companion (or have a TARDIS team comprising of a girl and a comedy gay man), with the Doctor being professorial and eccentric.
Either way, the next Doctor will unfortunately be a comedy character. Don't think they'll cast a woman, too big of a risk.
