Gotham is amazing, it's quite obviously going for a 90s tim burton kind of cheesy feel most of the time, but it get's serious some times and i enjoy it either way. All the obscure villains they include and plan to expand on is reall commednable, and quite honestly gotham is the only good thing that has come out of the DCCU since The Dark Knight. Gotham gives me hope for DC, but everything else they've done is complete shit lately, jesus christ.
