Paul Walker

Would that it were so simple
>>
He had an absolutely brilliant ability to pick scripts that suited his style while being slightly smarter than the average action flick. Imagine being the star of Terminator, Predator, Total Recall, and The Last Action Hero. It backfired sometimes, with shit like Junior, but it's made up for by even some of his more obscure movies like Sixth Day.
>>
Objectively it's The Rock
>>
>>71112044
Funny meme answer my friend!

From the top of my head I would say the worst successful female actress is Megan Fox.
>>
Channing Tatum cannot emote. None of his portrayals have ever had any depth. Even his character in Hail Caesar was a one note performance.
>>
>>71112190
He also has a fucking potato face
>>
>>71112190
>Channing Tatum
He wasn't half bad in Hateful 8 and 21 Jump Street.
>>
>>71112315
Right, because he didn't need to show any emotional depth. One's a comedy and the other he's on screen for two minutes.
>>
>>71112170
Is she even sucessful?
>>
>>71112085
Is that from when she was bitten by a dog and pretends to have rabies with sparkling water?
>>
>>71112339
Thank fucking god he was only on screen for two minutes and they blew his dumb fucking face off.

Paul Walker makes Vin Diesel look like he deserves a best actor award in every Fast movie. Vinny is absolutely nothing compared to Walker in terms of bad acting. Nothing.

This. Channing Tatum, 50 cent, Takeshi Kitano, anyone who's had half a dozen shots of colagen/a stroke or two should NOT have an acting career.
>>
>>71112584
they were forced into it by their parents. the moment they were old enough they stopped.

also
>judging child actors
child actors are a fucking necessary evil filmmakers have to deal with. I can already see the day when children in movies will be all CG played by adult actors

seriously the only good child actors I've ever seen were in the movie the Witch

>>
>>71112700
Super 8 had good child acting. The movie just completely fell apart and the alien looked fucking awful. Also all the jj abrams zooms and the 5 hour train crash ruined it. But the kid acting itself was impressive.
>>
>>71112735
It's on my watch list. I can only watch so many films... I am worried about what will happen to the qt brie larson though...
>>

>Imagine being the star of Terminator, Predator, Total Recall, and The Last Action Hero.
Those movies would have been NOTHING without him. He fucking made those movies into what they are. Imagine Steven Seagul or Sylvester Stalone starring in those instead of him - they just wouldn't feel the same.
Arnie may not be an oscarbait kike "drama" actor like Adrien Broadnose. But he had and excessive amount of charisma and screen presence like probably no one else.

All his good films were camp as fuck, which really suited his crappy accent. Too bad camp isn't really a thing anymore since the naughties. Everything must be unironically cool.
>>
>>71112802
He's a summer flick god.
>>
>>71112809
never actually bothered watching it because I was too young when it came out and spoiling the ending to this film has been a running joke forever. should I?
>>
>>71112872
My favorite of his is The Last Action Hero, not least because it engages with how camp his stuff is, and sort of reaffirms it as something that shouldn't be dismissed.
>>
I'm not saying Brad Pitt is a bad actor, but personally I just can't stand him.

He always has this "cool laid back American guy with an accent" role and attitude and also has this slow way of talking people naturally think is badass but personally I find it annoying as shit.

It's pretty good. Plot holes aren't too thick. Signs is the better Pajeet Poo in Loo movie.
>>
>>71112934
Yeah. The kid gives a good performance and so does Bruce Willis. It's well directed enough for the twist not to matter
>>
>>71112974
Watch 12 Monkeys.

Pitt is a good actor. His beauty just makes you think he isn't because it type casts him a lot.
>>
>>71112974
You just sound jelly. Also where do you even live that you think a neutral midwest accent sounds like an accent?
>>

>I can already see the day when children in movies will be all CG played by adult actors
Don't most Hollywood actors start pretty young, tho?
>>

John Malkovitch has somehow convinced a lot of people that he's a good actor.
>>
>>71112127
This. He also got some good ideas that made some of his work even better. Like the whole "stillnes" of the terminator and it shooting and reloading a weapon without looking at his hands, then doing that while riding a motorcycle.

The guy is much smarter than most people give him credit for. I also remember him doing some good real estate deals at start of his career.
