It was supposed to be up yesterday, but got delayed.
I would guess it's probably longer than an hour and, if you've had a recent copyright claim, which they did like a week ago for the RotS Plinkett video, youtube won't let you upload anything over 1 hour for a 2-month period on first strike. I have no idea what happens after a first strike, though I imagine RLM has had a few claims thrown against them.
