For me it has to be Ryan reynolds as Deadpool. It would be Robert Downey Jr as Iron man if he wasn't 4 feet tall.
Affleck as Batman and Cavill as Superman were also pretty good choices

Most of Watchmen was pretty spot on as is the current Batman and Superman, Spiderman 1 and 2 all had great casting choices too.

He was still quite good I thought it just wasn't believable he was a superhero adored by the public like in the book, he came across too cynical and unscrupulous straight away and wasn't really much of a surprise he was behind everything. If he was played more like Captain America right up to the end it would've been incredible.

I think Robert Downey Jr.'s height adds to the character, he has a bit of a Napoleon complex that probably contributes to Stark's wealth and arrogance
