Attack on Titan takes place in Germany, why would everybody NOT actually be white? It's the exact same as fucking Full Metal Alchemist. It takes place in Europe.
Naruto also takes place in a magical land where people have purple hair and can fly, why is the fucking skin color of the main character pissing you off? You do know shitskins exist in that universe, right? Did you forget about the Lightning village?

Those are 2 examples. Trinity Blood is another. Cowboy Bebop would explicitly define many of its characters' races as something other than Asian, including the main character who is canonically Jewish. It's not exactly uncommon.

There's only a handful of shows that actually feature canonically non-asian ensembles. It's pretty uncommon seeing how a supermajority of anime and manga feature asians and asian locations. Even if there were 100 shows like you described, there are thousands that aren't like that at all. That sounds pretty uncommon to me.
