Fuck no. Theater grade projectors do not run anybody millions. The most you'd pay for one is like 2k and that's if you're getting jewed.
The most expensive part comes with getting the seats, make the room staircased if it isnt already, and creating/furnishing the atmosphere of the room. That can add up and run you a lot if you start trying to get fancy and add things like curtains, dimmer lights, popcorn machine, etc. But it still shouldn't go over 10k.
