"Battle of the Bastards">First scene is Davos at sunrise. He finds a heavily charred wooden horse he gave Shireen in some rubble, protected by a patch of snow
>Tormund has a convo with Sansa around campfire. Sansa is unsure of whether she did the right thing (doesn't say specifics). Tormund reassures her by talking about Mance Rayder, then says Jon is his the one “to lead them through the long night.” He asks Sansa about that “yellow haired woman” and if she's got a “man in the south.” Pretty funny reaction.
>Jon talks to Melissandre in her tent. Tells her not to bring him back. He asks why she brought him back and why she follows him. She says it can't all be for nothing, something must come from all the sacrifice.
>Ramsay talks to Rickon, who is in one of the kennels. He tells him that his bastard brother wants to save him. Rickon asks where Osha is. Ramsay feins politeness, even gives him some food. He tells Rickon that he will be with his family soon before leaving.
>Jon's army moves into position before Winterfell. Jon and Sansa talk while on horseback when they see it. Sansa asks Jon if he remembers all the times “father” would go on a hunt and Arya would run away to join them. He would always come back early and frustrated, Arya with a sly grin on her face after “mother” scolded her. She tells Jon she's sorry “mother” treated him the way she did, then asks if he ever knew who is mother was. Jon says no.
>Davos rides besides Lyanna Mormont. (The cut from Jon saying no to her face, and Davos saying “Lady Lyanna” is priceless.) He chats with her while Mel rides behind them all morose. Eventually Lyanna rides ahead and Davos is beside Mel. Mel tells him he's good with children. Davos doesn't respond.
>Armies face off on the field. Several flayed bodies are set across the field. Jon, Davos, Tormund, and Sansa ride to parlay with Ramsay, Lord Umber, and Lord Karstark.
>Ramsay taunts everyone. He reveals one of the flayed men to be Lord Glover. Another to be Lord Manderly (not kidding). Basically all the Lords who “betrayed his loyalty.” He goes on to taunt Jon about being brought back from the dead with his “red witch.” He tells Tormund every wildling will be flayed living. He taunts Sansa about her being a disloyal wife. He then tells Davos about what he heard from his men about Shireen and about finding Stannis' body. He tells Finally he talks about Rickon, and how he'll set him loose if they all surrender.
>After the parlay, he sets Rickon loose and begins shooting arrows at him. Jon rushes to save him, but one hits him. Sansa cries over his body as it's brought back. Jon tells everyone to prepare for a fight. After the volley by Ramsay's forces, Lyanna Mormont tells her men to “raise the banners.” It's the Stark banner. Her and Sansa do stay behind, along with Mel.
>The fight is pretty much: Ramsay burns the flayed bodies, Arrow Volley, Charge by Jon's forces. Calvary charge by the Umbers. Wun Wun fucks shit up. Tormund saves Davos' life. Ghost kills Lord Umber after he falls off his horse. Bolton forces finally march forward and trap Jon's army.
>Tormund dies when he tries to charge towards Ramsay after all other wildlings appear to be slaughtered, and gets shot down by arrows. He goes out like a boss (think Borimir) trying to get to Ramsay (who's sitting on his horse watching the whole thing. Wun Wun tries to save him but is too late. It's basically “The Last of the Free-Folk.”
>Jon's forces get trapped by advancing Bolton forces. Sansa, Lyanna, and Mel contemplate retreat until the knight's of the Vale appear with Littlefinger and Lord Royce. Royce orders them to charge and they take out the Bolton forces.
>Lord Karstark tries to flee but is captured. Ramsay retreats inside Winterfell. Wun Wun tears down the gate, and Jon enters. He and Ramsay have a badass sword fight which Jon wins. He orders (to Lord Royce) Ramsay put in chains. Mel watches as Bolton banners burn from a distance.
>Littlefinger approaches the three ladies and tells Sansa he made good on his promise. Lyanna verbally castrates Littlefinger. It's amazing.
>Cut to Mereen, which is on fire. Danny dresses down Tyrion pretty hard for trusting the slavers. She orders Grey Worm to defend the Pyramid, that the Dothraki will take back the city with Daario leading them. Tyrion points out that the Unsullied and Second Sons are depleted and the Dothraki cannot fight off of land. He says there's only one option.
>Danny goes down into the pit where she put Rhaegal and Viserion. She lures them out, then mounts Drogon. All three dragons swoop down, burning ships in the bay. The CGI is pretty impressive.
>One of the dragons (not sure if Viserion or Rhaegal) get shot with a harpoon and is tied down to one of the ships (the master from Yunkai). He ends up burning the ship and the master and breaking loose, but is clearly injured.
>The Greyjoy fleet appears, with Yara and Theon shouting orders. They completely decimate the Masters' fleet.
>Cut back to Winterfell. Mel is inside a tent getting ready for something when Davos walks in. She seems surprised and asks him why he's there. He tosses the charred wooden horse on the table. She looks up in shock. He grabs her by the neck and brutally chokes her until she's dead.
>Davos exists the tent, looking around nervously, then mounts a horse and rides off.

“The Winds of Winter”>First scene is Jon and Sansa looking at Mel's dead body on her bed. Jon comments on how he owed her his life, and how Ser Davos had fled the camp. Sansa comments on how it makes no sense.
>Sansa, Jon, Littlefinger, Lord Royce, and Lyanna Mormont meet inside Winterfell. Jon is adamant about securing the North and facing the White Walker threat. Littlefinger balks at this and tells Sansa she is the new ruler of the North, and she should rally armies to ally herself with the Vale to oppose the Lannisters. Lord Royce stays mostly neutral, but Lyanna stands up for Jon against Littlefinger. There is obvious tension between Jon and Sansa over who is in charge.
>Cut to Sam and Gilly arriving in Oldtown. Sam tells Gilly he'll find somewhere for her to stay. He talks to an old Maester who greets the both of them. Suddenly bells start going off and the Maester looks concerned. He tells Sam to get Gilly and little Sam inside the Citadel.
>Greyjoy ships arrive in the harbor. Euron gets off one of the ships and greets the old Maester. He talks about how they need all the supplies they can get if they're going to make it across the Narrow Sea. The Maester begs for him to at least leave the Citadel alone. Euron responds by stabbing him. As he whipes his knife clean, he tells his men to have all the spoils they desire and rallies them with the chant: “We are the Reapers, We are the Reavers, We do not Sow!!!” They charge into the city cheering and plundering.
>Cut to Dorne. Varys greets Elaria and the Sand Snakes in the Water Gardens. (apparently the Sand Snakes all returned to Dorne) Elaria is curt with Varys, but he manages to convince her that Danny is a good candidate for the Iron Throne that Dorne should back. Then she can have her vengeance against the Lannisters. Elaria demands to meet the “Mother of Dragons” before she commits an army to her. Varys says she may be sailing west at any time. He then takes his leave, saying he has “one last stop to make.”
>Cut to Mereen. Yara and Theon approach Danny in the throne room. Danny is impressed with Yara. She swears fealty to her (Danny) as Queen, and Danny promises her (Yara) that she will give her the Iron Islands if she helps give her the Iron Throne.
>Cut to Bran and Co. coming upon a Weirwood tree in a blizzard. Benjen tells Bran he must “fulfill his destiny” Ban touches the tree and goes back to the Tower of Joy. He follows his father up the stairs and into the room where Lyanna is sitting up in bed, cradling a baby. A septa is standing there as well. Ned asks Lyanna if it's Rhaegar's baby. She says yes, telling Ned she loved him and that his name is Jon. Ned is surprised, but tells her he must tell Robert about her and Rheagar's child. She hands the baby to the septa and stands up. She tells Ned that he can't say anything to Robert, that she refuses to marry him. Ned tells her that it is her duty to marry him, and that he will not lie to Robert......

Reads like a shitty fan fic. 11/10
She keeps yelling “Promise me, Ned! Promise me you won't!” He turns his back to leave, and Lyanna grabs a knife to stop him, yelling “I won't let him have my son!” Bran shouts “father!” and knee-jerk wargs into Ned, who turns around and stabs Lyanna with Ice. Bran stops warging into Ned in horror. Lyanna falls back onto her bed, bleeding to death. Ned, now conscious of what's happening freaks out and falls to his knees by her side. The septa tries to comfort the crying baby, watching in shock. Ned holds Lyanna as she dies, telling her he's sorry. She again says “Promise me, Ned. Promise me.” The septa keeps comforting the baby saying “Wyla's here.... Wyla's here... it's ok.” Bran wakes up.
>Cut to the Brotherhood. Beric gives the Hound a newly forged sword and tells him to use it “with righteousness.” Brienne and Pod come ashore near them. She asks Thoros if they have any food to spare, then she sees the Hound. She says in shock “I killed you.” Beric and Thoros turn to him. He responds “Aye... like a bloody girl.”
>Cut to King's Landing. Cersei is led into the Sept, where Loras is already standing in front of Seven Septons. Tommen is in the audience, sitting beside Margaery, but refuses to look at his mother. Loras weepingly repents before the council. Cersei chooses to say nothing. The High Sparrow delivers the judgment that Ser Loras will be allowed to return to Highgarden, having fully repaid his sins to the gods. As for Cersei, her punishment will be exile to Essos, where she will live out the remainder of her days. Margaery smiles in a close up shot.
>Cersei sits in her chambers. Qyburn tells her that Lord Kevan has prepared a ship for her to sail to Pentos. She asks about Tommen, and Qyburn responds that he's been locked in his room.
>Tommen is in his room looking at his food which he hasn't eaten. He goes to the balcony, then decides to jump.
>Jaime reeturns to the capital with Bronn. Bronn talks about being properly rewarded for his duties, and Jaime tells him he will be, but he can't stop looking at the Red Keep. Bronn says that he (Jaime) can't wait to get back to her.
>Bells start ringing, and both Jaime and Cersei hear them. Jaime arrives at his dead son's body.
>Queen Margaery is informed by her father, with Loras in the room with them, then tells them that they must leave the city.
>Septa Unella arrives at Cersei's chambers, telling her of her son's death and that she needs to board the ship immediately. Cersei loses it, tells Qyburn to “do it!” (which he nods and walks away to), and orders the Mountain to kill the septa. He throws her against the wall. She looks at Cersei before dying.
>Qyburn arrives at the pyromancer's chambers, and tells him that “it's time.”
>The Tyrells all leave in a carriage as the city goes up in flames.
>The High Sparrow steps out from the Sept, viewing the fire. The Mountain steps up behind him, grabs him, holds him up, then breaks him over his knee. Lancel comes to his defense, but is thrown down the stairs. The Mountain kills many other Sparrows.
>Jaime arrives at Cersei's chambers. She is inconsolable. They hold each other as the building burns around them.
>Tyrion walks into a red temple to thank Kinvara for her help. She tells him that it is he who helped her.
>After he walks through a market, and asks one of the merchants for something to take with him back to Westeros. Suddenly someone grabs him and cuts his throat. They have the face of Shae, but it's revealed to be a faceless man. The Merchant leaves, and Tyrion lays dying in the street.
>Pycell runs into a room where Ser Keven has been shot with an arrow... bent over a desk. He turns around to see Varys with a crossbow. Varys tells Pycell that “winter is here, and the Dragons are returning to Westeros” before killing him. Snow falls outside the window, as the city burns.
>Cut to the Wall. Edd sits in the Lord Commanders chair alone. Only a few men are in the hall. He's presented with stew, and he sarcastically responds to it's taste. Suddenly a horn blows. Then a second. Edd says “There are no more wildings” in disbelief. Then a third horn blows.
>At the top of the wall he sees the Night's King with the whole army of the dead before the wall. The Night's king pulls a horn from his back and blows it. The Wall cracks and comes down.
>Cut to The Twins. Arya gets off a carriage, looking at the castle.
>Inside Walder Frey is throwing a party for his victory at Riverrun. He toasts Edmure for his cowardice.
>The two Frey guys who were at Riverrun are trying to instruct the cook on how to do his job. Arya enters the kitchen, and as the cook leaves pulls out needle.
>Inside the party everyone is enjoying themselves. Arya serves Walder a pie, along with his young wife. As he eats it he asks where his sons are. Arya stands behind him, hinting to him that he's eating his own kids. He doesn't notice.
>In a dark room Walder tries to keep warm by the fireplace, saying that the winter winds are finally starting to bite. When the servants leave he begins to fall asleep, until needle comes through the chair and his chest. Arya leans around and tells Walder who she is and talks about the Red Wedding. She pulls needle out and Walder dies. She leaves the castle, walking in the snows as bells ring and voices yell behind her. Suddenly she hears a wolf howl. Nymeria walks up to her, and Arya smiles.

First off, Manderly isn't just going to show up flayed like that. Neither are the Glovers. These characters might show up AFTER the battle when Jon is victorious as they come to pledge fealty to him / Sansa.
There was also the casting call that called for a fat northern lord who gives a rousing speech before switching sides. It's probably Manderly giving the speech to pledge his loyalty after the battle.
