Has anyone else noticed... that there aren't any trailers for this movie? I see it slapped onto everything at the grocery store, even shit at the 99cent store, and I see commercials for luncheon meat where suddenly Findy Dory is tacked on, but I haven't seen a single trailer for this.

I don't understand why you should treat this "long-waited sequel" differently from the last ones. Pixar's been strategically releasing sequels, such that if you were a kid watching them, you'd be college-age/adult now and rush to theatres out of nostalgia.
Toy Story 1/2 + 11 years = Toy Story 3 (TS4 in 2018)
Monsters Inc. + 12 years = Monsters University
Finding Nemo + 13 years = Finding Dory
The Incredibles + 15 years = The Incredibles 2
Wouldn't be surprised if they announce Ratatouille 2, or a second Bug's Life.

I don't know what to say. I've increasingly seen commercials on tv over the last few weeks. Not just product ads with Dory merchandising, like actual movie promotions. Maybe we just watch different channels?
Also saw trailers before Kung Fu Panda 3, Zootopia, and Civil War. I'll admit they're not going overboard with showing content everywhere, the brand kind of sells itself for a lot of people, but they're definitely showing trailers places.
