Started watching it over recently, he really went for a horror angle in that and there's some really psychedelic imagery as well as interesting use of cameras.
At the same time, there's still goofy stuff like the way Talbot dies and the fucking hulk dogs, and despite the battle with the Army (which still holds up I'd say) that was more what people were looking for, more Hulk Smash rather than building up someone equally as important, fucking Bruce Banner.
Jennifer Connelly cries a lot in it too.

Apart from the comic book style of picture in picture I liked it a lot.
Eric Bana was great. The backstory of Banner's father was great.
I wish I got to see the Eric Bana version learn to control the Hulk to a certain degree and join the avengers.
The current Hulk doesn't feel as dangerous or the massive fucking problem he should be.
Hulk is all about primal fear, anger and jealousy to me anyways.
