It's up to anyone's guess what she's up to after Apocalypse, but it implies she at least leads the early X-Men into the 90s. At the end of DoFP, it's 2023, but without the sentinels. This is the end game for the new movie timeline. It's speculated that Old Man Logan could have an apocalyptic future, basically trading the sentinels for something else.

There, scientists used her DNA in conjunction with Mystique's to create Nimrod sentinels.
