I like IPA's. I enjoy the taste of hoppy beers, and i like the higher alchohol percent that IPA's usually have. For me my sweet spot is like 7-15 percent for booze. so IPA's, wine, some light liquors. Low percent beer does nothing to me, i can't drink enough to even get a good buzz without my bladder exploding from too much liquid, and hard alchohol makes me really aggressive and gets me into trouble for some reason.
Every 5-6 months i forget what vodka does to me, and i'm like ehhh why not give it another chance. Lucky if i actually wake up in my own bed, and not jail or some std ridden whores bed. Oh and 20-30 text messages from angry friends and family. The weird thing is i can handle my booze, i can put down 12 strong beers and be fine, or even 2 bottles of wine, but that hard stuff makes me a maniac. Am i alone there?

I find the phenomenon of people reacting differently to different alcohols fascinating. Mostly due to the fact that I seem to have the same reaction wether I am seven shots in of any hard liquor, knee deep in any high percentage IPA, or chest deep in light domestic brews.
