ITT: High rated movies that are 5/10 or lower.
This movie is like a dog whistle for plebs

This movie is a great example of just how important editors are. You can watch the original director's cut, which is at best a 2/10 film.
this garbage is a 3/10 at best

I must have missed that whole shit show because I tend to ignore capeshit press.
Why were sjws so triggered by AOU?
>>70587535
I respect your opinion but I disagree. At least a 7/10

you missed the fucking point retard. Scarface is a modern day shakespeare tragedy. It's about man's fall from grace and how his lust for money and power caused by his hungry serf nature is his downfall.

Intro is good, the rest terrible

SHE'S GOT A GREAT ASS
scarface is overrated as fuck. only dumb niggers and wanna be drug dealers think it's a good movie.
People who say this is their favorite movie are 100% always plebs with no original thoughts or anything resembling taste

i only watched 2001 about three years ago and while its not exactly my cup of tea i was astounded that it was made back in 68. really cutting edge stuff cinematography there.

>waaah a clearly 9/10 movie is 5/10 because too many people who went to college think it is 10/10

Donnie Darko is the quintessential example of trying-too-hard-to-be-profound: the film.
>>70587778
This is an above average movie that retards feel the need to have strongly polarized opinions on. It's notable for its scientific realism and impressive (at the time) effects. Nothing more.

the intro soundtrack is pretty sick desu

>the intro soundtrack is pretty sick desu
The soundtrack is also good, but the rest of it is awful. I thought people ironically like it because it is so bad, but found out people actually think its a great.
rated at least 8/10 almost everywhere
4/10 at best

The director's cut of Donnie Darko is a 9/10 with ease. The standard release is like a 6 because it just drops you at the end with no idea what happened. Very unfair.
My favorite part is the replicating the 80s and making some cool characters.

People who unnecessarily polarize this movie was 100% always pretentious retards. It's a good movie, just because so many people like it doesn't mean it's bad. I swear, /tv/ does not realize how edgy and contrarian they are.
