It's kinda cheesy and predictable, but so were the other two. I think it's because there isn't just one which is why people love the first one and the first Alien more than the others. It kinda makes the monster less scary because they can be killed off and it removes the fear instead of being just one nearly unstoppable monster.
That being said, I liked it. Adrian Brody as a leading action star is kind of a stretch, but it was fine. Laurence Fishburne was great, though.
The first act sucks, those Predator dog things look like shit and they eat up the whole beginning.
After that the rest of the movie is breddy gud.

I really liked the movie. The samurai scene was pretty dope and I liked the concept of the movie. And I liked the new predator fighting the oldschool one, and having the older one getting its fucking head cut off, just gave a feeling of hoplessness, that everyone is officially fucked.
I think the main problem people had with the movie, was the twist with topher graces character. I liked the idea of it, but i feel like they didnt execute it that well. Like why the fuck would he want to murder that chick, when he fucking depends on everyone to get him out alive. It made sense when he fucked over the russian, but it just got stupid and it seemed like the writers couldnt think of a way to make him a bad guy or reveal himself properly.
