This is one of his best, I think. It shows how one of these facilities is basically a nightmarish pillow-padded hell from which the "patients" have almost no chance of escaping, and it's hard to keep it in perspective of what these people did. You naturally want to feel bad for them, but what would be a better solution for people so horribly fucked up and dangerous rather than to lock them away forever under the pretense of some kind of treatment?
It's great. You become aware of how fucked the setup is almost immediately, but it takes awhile to slowly settle in that trapping these people in a flowery smiling nightmare building until they die might still be the best solution for everyone.
