Let's list some movies that are filled with bleak poetry. I'm talking about artsy but not (overly) pretentious movies in which:

You know what I'm talking about. Beauty and freedom found in nihilism, fatalism, madness or indifference.

Well, what you've posted in the OP is pretty much the definition of noir. Except the complex story part, as noir plots are usually somewhat complex.
