The Lost World: Jurassic Park was absolute shit because of Spielberg's anti-hunting/pro-environmental message he tried pushing in a MOVIE ABOUT DINOSAURS.
JP3 was everything I wanted in that regard.

3 has worse characters and the mise en scene is actually backwards for most characters and settings. As in it lacks any semblance of the makers thinking about what they were doing besides spectacle. The characters also sucked more. I liked the parents, the kid, Alan, and the sidekick paleontologist.
