Like, they just chuck these blueprints of characters into a certain scenario to see what would happen. Because the show already didn't make sense in terms of timeline by Season 5, yet alone season 20.

Season 10 is kind of underrated in my opinion. Sure, there are couple of shitty episodes (like the Jack Lalanne one), but you also get the last appearance of Phil Hartman, the last really good Halloween episode, the last charismatic guest star (Mark hamill), Max power (he's the man whose name you'd love to touch), Pinchy, Dash dingo, etc.
