My friends and i have been watching all of his films for a podcast. So far we're up to Spanglish. Punch Drunk is the best film by far. Wedding Singer is probably the best "Sandler film," and an all around great flick. Billy Madison is the funniest imo. And Eight Crazy Nights is the absolute worst. So far!
