I think it's pretty bad, good for a laugh or two like the basketball scene but really nothing more than a shitty remake of Escape From New York, which is one of Carpenter's best.

Grew up with this I enjoy it still to this day as well as every other movie Kert Russell is in.P.S the basketball scene is one of my favourites one of the best ways to say fuck you to the bad guy.
