It's taken out of context. The interviewer asked him if he wanted to make more Warcraft movies. Duncan said he'd make a trilogy of films at most. The interviewer asked what they'd be about. Duncan says he'd want the next two films to build on what the first one started, revolving around the orcs losing their home and eventually finding a new one.
The sequels are hypothetical. The Warcraft movie is made to stand alone, not as the beginning of a trilogy.
