First for Fred
>>70284855
I was wondering was there an actual chance of a Faith spin off or was that just idle chatter or actors wanting their own thing kind of deal?
would you like me to lie to you now?
;_;
First for Wesley is GOAT in buffyverse.
>>70284855
Why's ma nigga Gunn so blurry
>>70285146
why are the British characters always so based?
7th for fucking perfection
>>70285210
I added random effects to last threads pic to get it by filter, I'll switch it up next time around.
>spoiler tags in the title
testing
>>70285244
I don't know... Giles was the best of the scooby gang and Ethan helped make some of the best MOTW episodes in the whole series... There's got to be a reason behind this, but for now I'll just resort to agreeing with you.
>>70285364
protip, just edit it in paint and add s small black dot somewhere on the black of the pic, it is enough
>>70285396
>clutters it to keep it more or less same as last thread but different enough so it won't get deleted
>bitches anyway
>>70285430
Genuinely think it's because those guys are just established, well seasoned actors, and everyone else on the show isn't at that early point
They're also adults who don't have annoying teenage girl problems, and slightly more dangerous rapport with eachother
>>70285466
Yeah I wasn't really thinking about it but will do it differently on next pass.
>>70285244
>Giles walking back in after he delivered that one ominous monologue
>>70285773
season 4 did a lot of that "shit happens while a character is in a middle of speech"
>>70285842
It was one of the best running gags in the show.
>>70285146
Angelousssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
>>70284948
Wait, what? Have I missed something?
>>70284948
>>70288630
As Buffy reached it's end there were plans for a Faith spin-off. That one scene with her and Spike in the basement was basically screen testing their chemistry, since at that point he potentially could have gone on to co-star with her in it, along with one or two other Buffy actors. However because Joss wasn't going to be the showrunner for it Eliza decided on Tru Calling instead.
>>70288947
What basement scene was that?
>>70289474
Season 7 Episode 18 - Dirty Girls
>>70288947
>>70289590
Wow, thanks, I had no idea about that. Shame.
>>70288947
Was that around the same time Whedon commented about how to never name a show after a character? basically hinting that SMG fucked him up by wanting to quit. If the show wasn't called Buffy he would have probably just kept it going with Faith as the lead.
>>70288630
Eliza was down to do her own thing and a lot of actors that worked across the various shows were open to doing a stint with Faith as main character which is sort of the idea behind the Angel/Faith Comic.
>>70285252
>no tits
>no ass
>perfect
Anon. It's okay if you like dudes, no one is going to judge you. You don't have to pretend.
>>70284855
We really don't need a recurring general thread for a long-dead show. Especially since you have nothing to say.
>>70292033
>>70291951
>he doesn't like long-legged skinny bitches
you're the gay one brah
>>70291951
>he doesn't have a tight ass and long legs, leather fetish
>>70292033
all your saging is going to do is make sure another thread appears.
>>70292033
You're right. Let's have more capeshit, or, even better, more (e)celeb threads, which don't belong here in the first place. Jesus.
>>70284855
I think in the last thread the idea of doyle not dying and how it changing the story was an interesting idea but I'm more curious in who or what they brought in as a replacement. I like Wes but I mean as an alternative that you can swap out any of the main group or make something entirely new, could create an entirely new show with just one person, fred and lorne brought drastically different things.
Groug or whatever the pylean champion being a knock off angel was pretty funny.
>>70285146
1. Wesley
2. Illyria
3. Faith
4. Angel
5. Spike
6. the rest
>>70293821
Seconded this list.
>>70285430
>Giles was the best of the scooby gang
no question
The episode where he becomes a demon is one of my favorites
>>70293821
Remove Illyria and you've got a golden list. I'm not sure why people like her so much. She was a decent and likeable character but screams for more character development and interaction with Wesley... she was unfinished IMO.
>>70294369
She was unfinished because when she was created they still thought they were getting a Season 6.
>>70294416
They've also spent a lot of the new comics on her too, she is well liked because of her brief but enjoyable experience on Angel.
>>70294416
Yeah I'm aware, but that doesn't factor to how good a character is in the finale we got.
On another note, what is the consensus on Gunn?
>>70294799
>On another note, what is the consensus on Gunn?
likable but unremarkable, had some great moments though. I love the episode where he teams up with Gwen to take down the Yakuza or some shit
>>70293821
>no Giles
>no Anya
>no Lindsey
>no Lilah
fucking pissed me off when Wes got cucked by Gunn. They made everything go wrong for Wes and that's why he was so awesome
>>70296502
>dat scene at the end of Waiting in the Wings where he realizes that Fred wants Gunn instead of him
camel pits
>>70296805
>That feeling when Gunn realizes he is losing to the new and improved Wes after all the shit he pulled and the fact he killed for her and she's still choosing someone else.
>Angelus's face when
>>70299202
>That feeling when Gunn realizes he is losing to the new and improved Wes after all the shit he pulled and the fact he killed for her and she's still choosing someone else
I definitely felt sorry for him, but he got to fuck that hot skinny bitch plenty of times so at least he has jack-off material
>>70285146
No, Lilah is GOAT
Have to go to bed, keep this thread from being archived until I wake up niggers, we have to show those buffyfags
>>70297393
>she will never pop you like warm champagne
;_;
>>70293821
>tfw forgetting Based Lorne, who knew exactly what would happen the first time he met Team Angel and couldn't do anything about it
>tfw Lorne always knew he'd be made to murder Lindsey and he was forced to accept the fact that it would eventually kill him
Wesley is still best, don't get me wrong, but Lorne basically knew he had a death sentence as soon as Fred tried to sing in A Hole In The World. And he handled it beautifully.
