Seriously odd casting choice. It doesn't highlight his acting ability or play to any of his strengths.
Usually when you don't recognize an actor in a role it's a testament to their acting ability. But here they just covered his face in a bunch of shit and had him speak in a generic villain voice. There was no real acting going on, literally anybody could fill the role it seems.
They probably only cast him for his name since he's become really popular recently, but I feel like this movie is an unnecessary blemish on his record of interesting, well-acted roles in good movies.
