Nice dubs. I rewatch this piece all the time senpai. Does not get old
>>70017088
Ah that's bullshit, that's like saying you can only watch Usual Suspects once.
>>70017121
Nah senpai

Not at all
The tension in TUS isn't tied to discovering who keyser soze is, it's watching the story unfold, discovering the truth at the end is just a nice fuck you
Inside Man isn't that interesting and the fuck you at the end is the whole film

I love the music. CHALLA CHAYA CHAYA. Arguably Jodi Foster is a completely disposable character, it could have just been Denzel vs. Robbers.

Masterpiece? Nah but it's a great movie. I think it and Derailed were overshadowed by Children of Men.

>Arguably Jodi Foster is a completely disposable character, it could have just been Denzel vs. Robbers.
But then there wouldn't be an evil rich white person in a Spike Lee movie

>Spike Lee joint
fix'd

>overshadowed by Children of Men
When will this meme die?

You're objectively wrong
Usual Suspects gets worse with each watching. The first time you watch it, you think 'great, what a cool twist!'
Every other time you watch it, you go 'ow did Kaizer Soze have time to impersonate an established low-level goon while also being this big-time international criminal?'
Inside Man is a game of cat of mouse, or perhaps spy v spy
It's watching Denzel try to outsmart someone with a perfect plan and we, the audience, constantly wondering what Clive will do next
Upon rewatches, it's astounding how well it holds. There are no plot holes, no instances of 'why didn't they just do x'
It's an incredibly clever film and paced very well
