Okay, I cant say I really liked Batman v Superman, but come on. I wouldnt say it was worse than Age of Ultron or even some of the stand alone Marvel-movies.

Marvel does a better job of covering up the shitty aspects of their movies with banter and star power. It's not complicated.
RT isn't even a review site, not to mention its scoring system is ridiculously arbitrary (reviews can be marked as rotten/fresh despite being on the fence). IMDB does a better job of reflecting the actual quality of a film.

Quips aren't banter. Truth is, capeshit is for children and manchildren. Snyder is trying to make capeshit for an audience that isn't there: Adults. Adults will see as still being capeshit, manchildren will see it as edgy2dark or plain boring. Marvel knows it's audience, DC doesn't.
