Well Mike is more comedy-minded, so he'll go for the jokes rather than analysis. Jay is definitely more insightful about weirder, more experimental films.

He tried to reverse engineer classical tragedy while being a sci-fi goofball. It ended about how you might expect.
The majority of the scene was hop skip toodaloop ballet.

Mike's the funniest. Natural leader of the group.
Jay is not as funny, but still great on camera and overall seems to be the guy who keeps the conversation moving forward.
Rich is the most unintentionally funny member. He's the punching bag of the group. Probably just as knowledgable as Mike and Jay, but is far less well spoken therefore he comes off as a bit dumb sometimes. Also while Mike is very funny cause of his wit, Rich brings some really great physical/slapstick comedy to the table.
