the one where the girl goes to the African cataracts clinic and sees people taking their bandages off and getting to see again for the first time in years actually brought tears to my eyes. The episode about Russia was also fascinating, and the episode about a possible cure for cancer was also really amazing. I hope that episode was correct that there can be a viable cure for certain types of cancer

The only Vice doc I ever watched was the one about some Japanese cannibal serial killer. Dude was a total creep and I felt fucked up after watching it. It was barely journalism too, just pure morbid curiosity porn. Still fascinating though in a way.
But then again I was only like 17 when I watched it, so maybe it's not all that bad.
