TWS is the best looking. The Avengers 2 derivative is over-designed in the chest, and under-designed in the legs. The CW derivative isn't bad, though. It's a nice mix of the two.

In Captain America 1, the three suits are different. They don't even look similar.
4 and 5 are SHIELD redesigns, 4 maybe designed by Agent Colson. 6 I think supposed to be 3, since Cap gets it from a museum. Although it could be a replica or a backup uniform. I don't know what 7 is, maybe its supposed to be 6, maybe its just a new suit inspired by 6.
It'd make sense for him to have multiple suits, Tony does, and those must cost like 100 million or something a piece, Caps probably only cost a few hundred dollars, and can easily be damaged.

Outside of the awesome Winter Soldier suit, I prefer his Civil War costume, it's not pictured in OP's post, it gets rid of the red flashing on the sides of his star on his chest, and adds in more red on his legs, and his sides.

Well I can still see why Cap, Falcon, and Scarlet Witch are fine as is. They're specialists. Hawkeye and Black Widow might not be as effective in full suits, but at least they could benefit from some repulsor boots. Hawkeye and BW already have their own bags of tricks, they might as well have just one or two added Stark features. Everyone should have those sonic cannons War Machine and Iron Man have, even the US military has that technology from Stark.
Oh and Vision blah blah, no one is concerned with Vision here. That's an assumed exception.
Even Ant-Man, who wouldn't get a suit from Tony because allegiances, should have incorporated some of that Yellowjacket laser technology by now. I'm guessing that'll be how the Wasp stings in the MCU though.
Really though, it's Black Widow that confuses me. She's a worse Cap/Hawkeye. She doesn't 'spy' anymore, she's just more like a guerrilla commando at this point. Why is she there?
Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I feel like Cap's suit really needs the scale mail to feel unique.
I do like that his Winter Soldier costume was reminiscent of his Nomad costume from the comics, but most of his suits are just too tacticool for my taste. There's nothing utilitarian about wearing a bright blue, red, and white suit, and trying to make them look like functional combat uniforms seems to be a bit silly to me.
But maybe I'm alone in that thinking.

The avenger's suit (the one directly in the middle) is by far my favorite suit. I just see everyone on /tv/ shit on it though, i mean the helmet part is goofy yeah, but the rest of the suit is fucking great. It's a great design and colorful as fuck, it's a shame they ditched that design and just never went back. Every other suit since then has been really similar washed out suits. They look fine, but it just doesn't feel as right. Winter soldier suit is pretty great though as an alternate design.
