If I'm correct here's how the timeline works: First Class happens in both the original and revised timeline. The ending you see in DoFP is the revised timeline 2023, and the new movies are working their way to that ending/continuing on from it.
This means that anything post First Class is up for debate now. However, does Wolverine Origins even count as original timeline canon? It could fit around DoFP somehow, but Stryker is old in Origins, plus Wade Wilson is alive in the 70's so it doesn't make sense to include it as canon prior to DoFP anyways.
