I personally think there should be TV series covering the short stories, each episode for one short story. Then 3 movies based on the Saga.
First one should cover the story of BoE and ToC, ending with coup on Thanned, but leaving out Ciri wandering on desert arc. The next movie should cover entire story of Geralt in BoF, and Ciri meeting the Rats, then Bonhart, and finally escaping to the Tower of Swallow. Final one should cover rest of the story.
