I'm not sure how many prophecies have been attempted to be fulfilled in the series. I know Melisandre's is one attempt. But I can't think of the others. Dany thinks about her prophecy, but she only entertains it as a superstition. She's not *trying* to fulfill anything. Cercei is afraid of her prophecy, and actively tries to avoid it.
I guess you could count the comets of past and present events. But did either of those events actually prophesy(prophecize) anything?
