For smart TVs just enter a US DNS code when connecting to your network, for computers just use any VPN software you want. When you set up your network connection do it manually instead of auto-detect. There will be DNS settings an an option for auto (which will input a working DNS code from your country ) or manual. Select manual and enter a US DNS code and you're done. You might have to find new DNS codes every once in a while but there's always some available. Some sites sell them and I have friends who pay for them. But if you know where to look they are easy to get for free. netflixfixer usually has working codes.
