Consult the rest of your family for that stuff.
But if you had a decent relationship at least, nothing else matters - not even saying good bye. I'm sure her spirit (depending on what you believe in) isn't angry because you couldn't say good bye at the last moment. Trust me, I know the feel.
Best thing you can do is just live. Always imagine her watching you, asking yourself, would she be happy seeing me like this?
Anyways, back to the /tv/ part of it. I guess shit like Inception which is pretty feelsy due to the Protags family issues so you can sort of relate, but there's nothing you can really watch.
I just played vidya and got blackout drunk for a week or so when this happened to me. Afterwards, picked my shit up, carried on. Life goes on. The world is still spinning.
