Well, story wise it has to be someone really untalented, think of a plot that makes no sense.
Visually, someone that was really bad but has gotten kind of acceptable the last year or two.
The actors he employs have to deliver bad, wooden performances.
The movie has to leave you with the feel that there was a better movie in there.
