Yes, if you're not a faggot and have the strength to get past the first few dodgy episodes. It's based on a shitty YA book series, but they get the first book, which is all that was out when the show started, dealt with in the first episode, and then there's a couple of episodes of transition before the writers start doing their own thing, which is a vast improvement.

First Episode: Cringy as hell, poorly acted teen, tumblr shit.
Eps 2-7: A lot of the same, but slight improvements in writing and the concept is enjoyable
Eps 8-13: Shit hits the fan and it starts to get enjoyable
Season 2: Holy fucking shit what happened to this show, why is everything fantastic all of a sudden, am I still on the CW?
