The outlet for aggression is better constructed in America. It is done through various forms of entertainment media and social events. Nothing is ever really focused on specifically. You don't for instance have your entire town completely centered around a soccer game then riot afterwards. Instead there's one event after another and tons of forms of entertainment.
Having these outlets allows people to be less angry. It pacifies them and allows companies and governments to walk all over them.
