That isn't why they do it. There is shit that is not legally admissible since it would completely fuck the outcome of the case and would be inequitable to allow to stand. Plus the courtroom has a sense of prestige that has to be respected in order for the justice system to work at all, it's why contempt of court even exists as a criminal offence. If everyone could just ignore what the court says then there would be no point in it at all.
Plus, judges have spent decades learning this shit. You think you know better than them what is acceptable to do in a courtroom?
