Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and Jackie Brown all play within a very similar style/genre. Since then, he's done a martial-arts epic, a grindhouse horror throwback, revisionist historical fiction, and a Western.
I know he carries the same dialogue style throughout his work, but he doesn't just "stick with what worked," I honestly can't think of many current mainstream filmmakers who take creative risks like Quentin does
