I always enjoy watching movies about things going on in my life. I doubt I'm alone in this. I'm starting college this fall (I'm 20) and I want to watch some good movies about people starting college or just attending college. Anything as long as it's good. Also movies about high school because I kinda miss it.
So are there any good college movies? How about TV shows?

there are lots of good high school movies but not nearly as many about college, at least from my experience. why is that? are teenagers a more lucrative audience than college students? are more people nostalgic towards high school? is high school more interesting? what do you think?

Whiplash. I'm also 20, but failed out of college since I couldn't balance 5 classes against working full time. For me it was a very simple movie and incredibly relatable, even the relationship stuff that lasts maybe 5 minutes. I also play guitar, so I guess an interest in music helps too.

I guess soroities and fraternities are a big deal, to the mind of an 18-23 year old. If you go to live on campus, its seems like all anyone wants to do is join up, do dumb pranks, and pretend they matter. Generally its the kids first time away from home and parents and whatever, so they get crazy, naturally. I was a commuter, so I missed out on most of it. One girl said she gave her first handjob within a week of joining. One guy said he can get booze from his frat bro thats over 21. I never understood any of it. Seemed dumb to me.
