it's a blast
It's a dream. The events are intentionally camp and impossible. Everything happens at a breakneck pace. The film feels like a self-insert fantasy because it is a self-insert fantasy (of the main character). Just like in Starship Troopers, the camp and the ridiculous is completely intentional. It's a masterpiece. Action kino.
