thats as far as franks story arc is gonna take him before it becomes arrow tier(daredevil already more or less ran one of his main story arcs which is taking on kingpin) unless netflix is planning on propping this up as their little t.v version of deadpool's R rated capeshit. I just don't see if having enough legs to sustain itself through more then two seasons without become laughable.
The only way i see a season 2/3 even being plausible will most likely be an interwoven two show story arc IE: Buffy & Angel (Josh whedon crashing this quipshit with no survivors) to accomplish enough character development, they will do this most likely with daredevil.

There is a run called Punisher: MAX. A large part of the series if Frank going up against the Kingpin.
It's fucking awesome.
Bullseye gets brought in by the Kingpin to kill him, and how they do the character is really interesting.
If they do him as the do in the comics, essentially a psychopath who tries to get into the mind of his victim to the point of obsession, then it could be interesting.
Or they could do it like they did in the 200X Daredevil film, which would be less cool.

Michael Clarke Duncan was the Kingpin in the first DD movie. I could never see him in a Marvel movie as anything else being that close to another DD thing. It would feel like a weird demotion and make it weird to watch even though the two had nothing to do with each other.
